Process:

• Metallurgy, operation and plant engineering of an electric arc furnace
• Use of different bottom purge gas systems with the aim of improving the performance and quality of the application
• Execution of EAF tapping (EBT, CBT, runner), optimization of tapping systems

Refractory:

• Engineering and execution of EAF linings (permanent lining, hearth, sidewalls, tapping systems, water-cooled areas, ramming and repair masses)
• Inspection and assessment of the EAF's lining condition, determination of the care measures
• EAF cover (cooled / not cooled)
